Lettings Price List - Fees Payable by the Landlord
(Managed) – 50% + VAT of the first Month’s Rent (Letting fee) & 10% + VAT pcm of rental income (Management fee)
(Let Only) - 70% + VAT of first month’s rent (Letting fee)
(Rent Collection Only) – 60% + VAT of first month's Rent (Letting fee) 5% + VAT pcm of rental income (Rent collection fee)
